The following should be submitted to the Honorary Secretary (mjmcfaul@gmail.com) no later than midnight on Sunday June 19th:

1. Officers reports
2. The names of those wishing to serve as Councillors, Officers* or Committee members**.
3. Any resolution to be put to the meeting.
