Keep Bridge Alive
NIBU is working in a partnership with the University of Stirling to use research to promote the benefits of bridge, so we would like to draw your attention to this Keep Bridge Alive Pro-Am event in central London on 20 Feb. We are delighted to announce that Victoria Coren Mitchell has agreed both to play and to do a special Q&A at the event as that will open doors for us in terms of raising the profile of bridge in the wider media.
Inter Provincials
The Inter Provincials are being held this weekend in the Cavan Crystal Hotel. Details of teams and schedule can be viewed here – live scores during the weekend will also be available throughout the weekend.
Belfast Swiss Pairs
Congratulations to William Dukelow and Dean Bradley on winning the Belfast Swiss Pairs to add to their Mid Ulster Pairs title which they won in March. Heather Hill is presenting the trophy.
